TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* All rates are subject to change without any prior notice
* Child above 5 year will be charged full package as adult
* Infant below 2 year will be charged PKR 9,500
* All hotels are subject to confirmation/availability at the time of booking
* A signed agreement will be required by every head of family along with contact detail
* Agents will provide a signed mutamir agreement for each family or single person
* Passports will be returned upon clearance of 100% payments
* Self accommodation is not allowed * Passenger’s mobile number, PNR, E-ticket are required for vouchers. Otherwise passport will not be delivered
* Visa and transportation charges are included in all packages
* For ziarat in Makkah & Madinah, PKR 600 will be charged per person for each sector
* In case of cancellation by the passenger or rejection from the embassy after approval, cancellation charges will apply
* All passenger must have complete package as per airline booking.
* Processing time of visa is about two weeks, excluding the delays due to any emergency, closure of saudi embassy or quota limitations
* Checkin does not take any responsibility for any kind of loss occurred due to the purchase, re-issuance or cancellation of tickets
* Any kind of claim will be presented within 15 days of mutamir return. No claim will be entertain after the said period
* Many passport missing cases are being observed due to removal of IATA/Shirka stickers. Penalty of PKR 10,000 each will be charged in case of removal of stickers by agent or passenger
* In case of overstay / khargosh, PKR 750,000 will be imposed, that needs to be submitted within 3 days
* All re-confirmed bookings are non-refundable. In case of amendments PKR 500 will be charged for each change
* No refund will be given for not availing of service for any reason
* Arrival and departure dates needs to be updated 24 HRS prior travel. If changes happened without notification then no-show penalty will apply and new vehicle booking will be required
* If any mutamir reaches KSA without voucher or notification, penalty of PKR 30,000 will be applied per person
